True to the motto “better late than never”, the customary ground-breaking ceremony for the two properties as part of the fourth sales phase<\/strong> of the EICHE <\/strong>development took place on 23.08.2021.<\/strong><\/p>

The official start of construction began on 23.06.2021, exactly two months before the ceremony. Drone photos show that the earthworks and foundation of both properties have already been completed. The structural surveys have been carried out and the final surveying work is currently in progress before the foundations are laid.<\/p>

The Wustermark project has unique advantages in terms of location and development due to its position within the Berlin \u2013 Wustermark \u2013 Potsdam triangle. The community is still within tariff area C of Berlin’s public transport network and has an ideal connection to the centre of Berlin thanks to regional train RB13 as well as regional express RE4. In addition, the A10 motorway, the B5 federal road and the Havelkanal federal waterway offer excellent connections to the<\/p>

Berlin and Potsdam metropolitan area \u2013 and beyond!<\/p>

The fourth sales phase will be the last opportunity to enter the thriving real estate market in Elstal in the knowledge that the micro-location and the homes at the \u201c4 TREES\u201d<\/strong> project have achieved large sales in recent months and have seen a considerable increase in value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
