A new start with professional operator ALPIN FAMILY

 

The time has finally come: The exclusive 4**** Flachauerhof Hotel is celebrating its opening with new operator, the Alpin Family Hotels & Residences.

 

The Flachauerhof is located directly in the centre of Flachau and in the heart of Salzburger Land. And this location is expected to attract even more guests in future. This is because the new owner, C&P Immobilien AG, and the new operator, Alpin Family, have major plans for this exclusive hotel. Alpin Family Managing Director Ralph van Kollenburg is full of enthusiasm for the growth that can be seen in Flachau: “We are building projects for people who want to experience something, meet new people and entertain!” The Alpin Family has already created and implemented many successful ideas including the well-known AvenidA brand, with which over ten projects have already been realised. The Flachauerhof will also become part of AvenidA in the future.

The Flachauerhof hotel offers optimal conditions for this. These include its ideal location in the mountains, which provides a wide range of leisure activities, delicious local cuisine, a modern spa area and the hotel’s own sun terrace. The rebranding will be carried out in the course of extension work on the hotel. As with AvenidA’s successful flagship hotel, the Glemm by AvenidA 4* superior in Hinterglemm, there will also be a pool as well as a larger wellness area with several saunas, relaxation rooms and infrared seats. A varied range of sports and leisure activities ensures an unforgettable holiday all year round, during which holidaymakers should also take the opportunity to relax.

In winter, the centre of the well-known Ski Amadé ski resort with 270 lifts and 760 kilometres of slopes is sure to satisfy winter sport enthusiasts of every taste!
