Our aspiration is our customers’ success. In 2006, Markus Ritter and Thomas Schober-Plankl founded C&P Immobilien AG from the deep conviction that property had the potential to become the investment vehicle of the future. What started with five employees in the south of Graz in 2006 has become the market leader for private property investment 18 years later. Our property investment product has already proven to be a great success, but we also have new products in the pipeline.
In addition to innovative living concepts, we also plan to develop cutting-edge work concepts.

C&P HEAD OFFICE Graz
After successful completion within just a few months, we moved into the new C&P Head Office in Puntigam’s Brauquartier at the end of 2017. It constitutes a captivating new landmark in the south of Graz and has received numerous awards from national and international juries over the course of the last few years. In addition to the exciting architecture, the main focus of these prestigious awards was on the multifunctional work that is possible with a high level of comfort across the 1,941 m² of usable space across six floors.

New perspectives are to be found above the roofs of Graz along with a spectacular view across the city! C&P’s head office not only impresses with modern architecture and functional working, but also serves as the perfect location for unique events. After the first internal events were held in 2018, we also opened up our event location to external events in 2019. Whether for staff events, seminars or high-class receptions, C&P’s event location is becoming increasingly popular among external event organisers. Upmarket décor, perfect infrastructure and uncomplicated handling all make for an exceptional experience.

Our office in Vienna has been located in the Herzfeldhaus at Schellinggasse 12/1, 1010 Vienna, since the end of December 2019. The modern interior design of our new office in Vienna also follows our guiding principle of “the demand for more”.
