A note from the city outskirts
PROJECT ACQUISITION IN KAGRAN

C&P Immobilien AG will acquire the construction project located at Wagramer Straße 113 on the corner of Andreas-Huger-Gasse 4 in Vienna’s 22nd district. It has already been granted approval and boasts a residential area of around 2,800 m2.

The U1 metro line is ideally connected to the public transport network and the project, which is located between the Donauzentrum shopping centre and Kagraner Platz, will create 50 well-designed residential units with 25 underground parking spaces as well as open spaces. In addition to the already excellent infrastructure, Wagramer Straße 113 convinces thanks to its location in an up-and-coming district which has been given a vital boost with the redesign of Kagraner Platz. Many more positive things will be heard about this part of town in the coming years, especially because of the redevelopment of Wagramer Straße.
