The IMMY Developers Award Ceremony 2020
THE ASPIRATION FOR MORE

C&P Immobilien AG was distinguished with the first ever “IMMY for Developers” on 26 May 2021.  The specialist group for real estate and asset managers at the Vienna Chamber of Commerce has awarded the coveted quality prize to brokers and property managers since 2006.  In 2020, developers & project developers were included in the rankings for the first time and the IMMY gold & silver awards were granted to the respective winners from this sector.

“We are incredibly pleased to have received the Gold award in property for our work as a real estate developer, especially this year and the challenging times we are currently living through. We value the quality award of the Vienna real estate industry very much and are proud to have met the criteria and high demands of the jury,” said Master Builder DI Andreas Grabner at the award ceremony for “Quality Developer of the Year”.

Talk is silver. Action brings gold!

Criteria such as sustainability in construction, ecological concepts and quality in construction determine who receives the awards. These are topics that C&P not only pays lip service to but which have been actively implemented for years in the conception and implementation of living space projects. The ‘aspiration for more‘ when realising projects has now been rewarded with gold!

However, C&P Immobilien AG managed to position itself clearly on the market with respect to the ‘Customer Orientation’ criterion, true to the motto “If the tenant‘s doing well, the investor will do well too”. This is because in the long term, C&P is primarily about people.

Award ceremony in a virtual festive setting

The award of the quality prize for Viennese real estate brokers, real estate managers, and also for developers since 2020 was held completely online on this occasion for obvious reasons. A festive atmosphere was achieved even without a grand gala. The award ceremony was broadcast from the Marx Palace by live stream and was presented on stage there by, among others, project manager Mag. Dietmar Hofbauer. The winners were given the opportunity to introduce themselves and thank the organisers and the entire online audience, the staff and all the sponsors via video conference.

The champagne was cooled for all of C&P’s employees in Berlin, Vienna, and Graz on the day of the award to celebrate the great work they do every day as part of the company. On behalf of the entire Management Board, Andreas Grabner would like to thank the 130-strong ‘Team C&P’ once again. “Without the fantastic commitment of our employees, we could not record these successes today,” said Grabner to the staff.
