Good news from Graz-Gösting: all 30 apartments at Zanklstraße 28, 8051 Graz have been placed before the start of construction.
The C&P project in the north of Graz scores highly with two- and three-room apartments between approx 35 m2 and 58 m² of living space and generous outdoor areas.
In the roof terrace apartments, among other things, the following additional features are being installed: a barrier-free exit to the roof terrace with lift and slide mechanisms and double washbasins in the bathroom.
The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2021.
