True to the motto “better late than never”, the customary ground-breaking ceremony for the two properties as part of the fourth sales phase of the EICHE development took place on 23.08.2021.

The official start of construction began on 23.06.2021, exactly two months before the ceremony. Drone photos show that the earthworks and foundation of both properties have already been completed. The structural surveys have been carried out and the final surveying work is currently in progress before the foundations are laid.
