21 projects realised, 10 further residential properties in planning

The Styrian real estate developer C&P Immobilien AG has realised 21 residential projects in 15 districts with a total of about 1,250 apartments in Vienna in only eight years. Ten construction projects are already in planning.

Vienna’s living space is one of the most sought-after in the world – not least because of its high quality of life and continuously growing housing stock. In addition to Graz and Berlin, C&P Immobilien AG is also developing forward-looking construction projects in Vienna. Over a period of eight years, more than 1,250 apartments were developed, realised and sold at a total of 21 addresses in Vienna.

Housing creation in 15 districts

Among others, C&P Immobilien AG has developed and realized construction projects in the 21st district in Brünner Straße with 82 apartments and generous open spaces. In the 22nd district, the project in Schüttaustraße scores highly with its chic and modern design. The project in Donaufelderstraße is focused on urban living. A very special living experience is offered by the unique residential project in Wagramer Strasse, where 42 apartments have been built immediately next to the Alte Donau.

As part of the first project in the 18th district, not far from the general hospital, 37 apartments with perfect infrastructure were built in Martinstraße.

With 300 apartments in an excellent location in Donaustadt, our largest project to date has already been successfully placed on the market in its entirety at Kirschblütenpark. With efficient floor plans and spacious roof terraces accessible to the residents, some of the apartments have already been handed over to investors and most of them have been occupied by satisfied tenants.

High quality housing units

“Efficient and well thought-out floor plan concepts are essential in view of the development of modern housing and demographic development. The focus is on the increase in demand for single households,” emphasises Cyrus Asreahan, Managing Director for Vienna.

The main focus of the properties is on two-room investment apartments in the 36 m2 to 42 m2 range where close attention has paid to the furnishings. All of the apartments are equipped with spacious loggias, balconies, terraces or even private gardens. In addition, playgrounds and open spaces are planned for the development where possible. These break up each residential building visually and increase the quality of living and life. In the design process, attention is paid to the diverse needs of future residents as well as those of the local population. However, C&P Immobilien places particular emphasis on efficiency, functionality and a sustainable energy supply. Many of these construction projects also include extensive commercial areas for local supply stores. These accommodate numerous shopping facilities as well as medical facilities. The prerequisite for all planning is an optimal public transport connection.

However, the success story continues even further – the Styrian real estate developer is focused on growth at all levels. Numerous residential projects are currently being built or planned. These include 55 apartments and a commercial area at Süssenbrunner Strasse 11, 52 apartments and a commercial space under construction at Clementinengasse, 97 apartments under construction at Heinrich-von-Buol-Gasse and 123 apartments with a commercial area under construction at Genochplatz.
