Green showcase project from C&P Immobilien AG

In the Straßgang district of Graz, C&P Immobilien AG is realising its next major project. Quartier4 on Grillweg is regarded as a new integrative centre for living and working. In addition to around 650 high-quality apartments, the construction project includes four commercial areas, a planned kindergarten and 370 parking spaces. The location is characterised by optimal transport connections and green recreational areas. In addition, various service providers and local suppliers are planned for the immediate vicinity. The project focuses on the increased revitalisation and the holistic modernisation of the Graz district as well as the expansion and promotion of soft mobility. (Vienna, 20 April 2018) – The new residential project Quartier4 by C&P Immobilien AG is considered a centre for urban living and working in the Straßgang district of Graz and comprises around 650 apartments, four commercial areas, a planned kindergarten and 370 parking spaces. In accordance with the motto “Living diversity”, the project is characterised by an integrative neighbourhood concept. Due to the well thought-out architecture of the building structure, the togetherness of the neighbourhood is promoted through the establishment of generous meeting and communication spaces and places of retreat and recreation are created for the residents. C&P Immobilien AG focuses on diversity in construction, design and furnishings, extensive infrastructure in the immediate vicinity and a living space close to nature. The concept includes an outwardly closed building structure that serves as a natural air filter as well as noise protection for the interior. Inside the area is a park-like “residential courtyard” which is shielded from the hustle and bustle of the city and offers a place to relax directly “on your own doorstep”. The varied façade design with loggias, terraces and roof gardens visually softens the architecture of the perimeter block and thus the surrounding area. With the new residential project, C&P Immobilien AG is contributing to a stronger revitalisation and holistic upgrading of the public space in the Graz district. Various shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens, banks, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as medical facilities directly on site optimise people’s work-life balance as business and communication routes will be shorter and easier to manage. Quartier4 also boasts excellent transport links – the city centre and nearby recreational areas can be reached quickly both by car and public transport. The needs of the local population and future residents were taken into account in the planning of the neighbourhood.
